1. Consult
One of our team members will meet with parents. Depending on who is referring the learner, and their age, we may also meet with school staff, therapists, or other people supporting the child, at the discretion of the family.
2. Assessment
Typically, assessments are conducted in person by one of our staff. For executive functioning we may ask parents, teachers, and other caregivers to fill out a questionnaire to get a fuller picture of learners skills and strengths.
Our assessments are evidence-based assessments that drill down to the core foundational skills underlying, reading, writing, advanced mathematics, and executive functioning.
3. Starting Sessions with a Goal
After the assessment we provide you with an assessment report and goals based on the results. Using the assessment data we design and implement a program to meet the needs of your learner pulling from our various resources.
4. Monthly Updates & Quarterly Reports
A monthly meeting with our specialist reviewing what’s being covered in sessions. Every 2-3 months depending on the number of sessions, you receive a quarterly report with an update on your learners progress.
